DeskerA personal space is a small team of AI assistants who work for you alone. Each one takes a part of your life off your plate - your money, your week, a job hunt - does it on a routine, and asks before anything leaves.
Tell them about you once
Four short answers: who you are, what you want help with right now, how you like to be spoken to, and what they must never do. Every assistant reads them before anything it does, so you never explain yourself twice. More about you is optional - your week, money basics, the people who matter, your likes and limits.
Share only what helps. No assistant ever needs a password, a card or account number, or an ID number. See what to share.
Add your first assistant
On the Roster, choose Add your first assistant and pick what you want help with: Money, Life admin, Social media, Career, Travel or Learning. Each comes with goals and a routine already written - a Monday money check-in, a Sunday plan for the week. Give it a name and change anything.
Give it something to read
Under Knowledge, upload what the job needs: a CSV statement for Money, your CV for Career, notes or a syllabus for Learning. Card and account numbers in a statement are masked before any AI reads it.
Try it, then switch it on
The chat beside the editor is a private trial. Ask it what you would ask on a Monday morning. When it sounds right, Switch on: it starts its routine and answers you in Chat. Switched off, it does nothing. There is no public link - only you can talk to it.
Your two minutes a day
- Needs you - everything waiting on you: what to approve, what an assistant flagged, and what it suggests.
- Chat - ask for anything: "@Penny how much went on food this month?"
- Work - what each assistant did, and its weekly digest.
